As a vendor, you will list and sell your products directly to customers. TrustYourSupplements.in acts as a facilitator and curator — we do not stock, manufacture, or fulfill orders. All transactions, payments, shipping, and customer service are handled exclusively by you (the vendor) or your chosen platform.

Vendor Eligibility Criteria
To maintain trust and quality, we only onboard vendors who meet these standards:
- Your business must be legally registered in India (e.g., GST-registered, company/firm/proprietorship).
- All products must comply with Indian regulations, including FSSAI licensing, GMP certification, and any other applicable standards for dietary supplements/nutraceuticals.
- Products must be original, authentic, and free from counterfeit, adulterated, or substandard ingredients.
- You must provide accurate product information, including ingredients, labels, claims, images, and certifications.
- No products making unapproved medical claims (supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases).
We reserve the right to reject any application or suspend/deactivate accounts that do not meet these criteria.
Step-by-Step Vendor Onboarding Process
Our onboarding process is designed to be straightforward while ensuring compliance and quality:
1. Submit Application
Fill out the Vendor Registration Form. Provide basic business details, contact information, and a brief overview of your product range.
2. Document Verification
Upload required documents, including:
- Business registration proof (GST certificate, company incorporation documents, etc.)
- FSSAI license(s) for relevant products
- GMP or other quality certifications
- Sample product labels/images and ingredient lists (for initial review)
- Any other compliance documents we may request
3. Review and Approval
Our team will review your application and documents for completeness and compliance. This typically takes 5–10 business days. We may request additional information or clarifications.
4. Agreement and Account Activation
Upon approval, you will review and accept the Vendor Agreement, which incorporates our Terms and Conditions. Once signed, your seller account will be activated.
5. Product Listing Setup
Upload your product catalog with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, inventory details, and shipping/return policies. We may review listings before they go live to ensure they meet our quality standards.
6. Training and Go-Live
Get access to your vendor dashboard. We provide guidance on best practices for listings, customer communication, and platform features. Start selling!
Key Vendor Responsibilities
- Ensure all listed products are authentic, safe, and fully compliant with Indian laws.
- Provide truthful and complete product information. Misleading claims or inaccurate details may result in listing removal and account suspension.
- Handle all order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer queries directly.
- Maintain competitive pricing and stock availability.
- Indemnify TrustYourSupplements.in against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your products or listings.
- Comply with our overall Terms and Conditions, including prohibitions on counterfeit or substandard products.
You remain solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of your products. TrustYourSupplements.in curates and verifies but does not assume liability for third-party products.
